Darrell Werner
Darrell was the founder of Werner Pest & Odor Control, LLC. He started the company in 1993 as a single man operation. Darrell worked in the pest control industry for 48 years. He shared his knowledge and experience of the industry with his employees, staff, friends, and his son. The passing of his knowledge, ethics and drive are an asset to how our business is conducted. Darrell Unexpectedly passed away in August of 2022. His presence is greatly missed.
Jason Werner
Jason has been with Werner Pest & Odor Control LLC since 1997. Jason is the son of Darrell Werner. Jason is now the owner of the company and is still on the road helping customers with their pesky problems. Jason enjoys solving the problems for his customers and helping them live pest free. Jason lives in Black Creek with his wife and two children. He is a volunteer fireman and EMT for the Village of Black Creek and enjoys helping his community. Jason also enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.
Jason Mikowski
Jason started with Werner Pest & Odor Control, LLC in 2013. He has surpassed the 10-year mark with the company and has been assisting his brother with many of the specialty jobs while providing quality service to his clients. He has also become the go to for troublesome insect problems in the company. He has a friendly personality and likes to provide a personable service. Jason lives in Appleton with his wife and young daughter. He enjoys spending time with his twin brother (Donald) and heading back to Michigan to visit family. Jason also enjoys smoking meat in his outdoor smoker, hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities.
Donald Mikowski
Donald started with Werner Pest & Odor Control LLC in 2015. Donald has taken over as the lead man on most of the specialty jobs as well as providing quality service to his clients. Donald also enjoys spending time with his twin brother (Jason) processing and smoking meat and visiting family back in Michigan. When not working Donald may be found hunting and fishing or doing things with his family.
Corey Behnke
Corey worked for Werner Pest & Odor control for five years but left in 2018. He came back in March of 2025. Corey is an avid outdoorsman, from bear or deer hunting to fishing. Corey loves being outdoors. Corey lives in Dale with his girlfriend.
Brandon Reinke
Brandon started with Werner Pest & Odor Control in July of 2025. Brandon is relatively new but likes his job and customers are pleased with the service he provides. Brandon likes hunting, fishing, basically anything outdoors. He also enjoys watching the races at the Shawano speedway and likes to tattoo. He lives in Nichols with his 3 kids, 2 dogs and his girlfriend
Paula Richard
Paula started with Werner Pest & Odor Control Services LLC in 2021. At the end of 2024, She made the extremely hard decision to leave Werner’s to stay home with her son, who needed her. Then, in May of 2025, she came back to work for us again. She has resumed day-to-day operations within the office and provides quality customer service. She is the friendly voice you hear when you call with your pest needs or just to schedule a visit. Paula lives in Shawano with her son. When not working she enjoys traveling, baking, crafting and hanging out with friends and family.
